Payments Accepted
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and cash. A 50% deposit is required when the cleaning contract is signed. The leftover balance is required at the time of the service. Payment plans and schedules are determined by contract for customers who've requested a higher frequency of cleanings (bi-weekly, monthly, etc). All sales are final after the cleaning is complete.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50.00 (USD).
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll schedule to re-clean the areas at no additional cost.
