What is the difference between a "Helping Hand" and "Full Cleaner" service.For a "Helping Hand" Service you are requesting for someone to help you clean. By booking this service, you would have an extra set of hands to help you with a cleaning project that is appropriate under the services we offer and our terms and conditions. For a "Full Cleaner" service you are requesting for someone to clean for you. By booking this service, you would have someone clean for you. How do I book a cleaning service?You can book a cleaning service through our website, by calling our customer service team, or by emailing us. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. If you book a cleaning service through our website or via email, you will be directed to a webpage for you to describe the cleaning service you are looking for in detail. In your inquiry, please include your name, the type of cleaning service (helping hand, full cleaner), the residential cleaning service you are requesting (standard, deep clean, etc.), your location, the date you'd like to have the service, and your contact information.

What areas do you serve?We serve cities and towns in the Worcester, Middlesex, and Suffolk Counties.

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?Yes, our cleaner and future cleaners (will be) are fully insured, bonded, and have undergone thorough background checks for your peace of mind.

How many cleaners will come to my place?We are currently a team of 1.

How do you determine the cost of a cleaning service?Our pricing is based on the size of the space that will be cleaned, the type of cleaning service requested, and the frequency of cleanings. We provide free, no-obligation quotes after an initial consultation.

Do you offer discounts or packages?Yes, we offer discounts for recurring services. We currently have a promotion going on from July 1st to September 14th for new clients on their first service.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and cash. A 50% deposit is required when the cleaning contract is signed. The leftover balance is required at the time of the service. Payment plans and schedules are determined by contract for customers who've requested a higher frequency of cleanings (bi-weekly, monthly, etc). All sales are final after the cleaning is complete.

Is there a cancellation fee?We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $50.00 (USD).

Do I need to be home during the full cleaner service?No, you don’t need to be home, but we recommend being present during the first cleaning to provide any specific instructions. If you won’t be home, we can arrange for secure access to your property.

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll schedule to re-clean the areas at no additional cost.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?For Full Cleaner Services, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know in advance.

How long will the cleaning take?The duration of the cleaning depends on the size of the area and the type of service. We will give you an estimated time after assessing your needs.
